The Chef’s Table at the Lincoln Inn & Restaurant At The Covered Bridge
The Lincoln Inn & Restaurant warmly welcomes you to enjoy a unique and exclusive culinary experience at our Chef’s Table, located in a special private dining area. Our Chef’s Table offers an intimate atmosphere for your choice of a 7 or 12 course chef tasting menu prepared by our European Michelin Star trained chef, Jevgenija Saromova. Jevgenija will make appearances throughout the evening to engage with her guests and to share what inspired her to create the different courses.
The private dining area was created for actor and philanthropist Paul Newman. Mr. Newman and his family enjoyed vacationing at the Lincoln Inn and dining at the restaurant in the evening. Because he was a man who valued his privacy, one of the past owners turned an outdoor porch into an enclosed dining room for him. Our private dining area offers all of the elegance of the main dining room, but with the added privacy of a retreat-within-a-retreat.
The Restaurant schedules one seating per night . The menu changes each day to reflect the seasons and to ensure the use of only fresh, local ingredients. Reservations are required; we encourage guests to book well in advance of your visit. Please inform us of any food allergies or restrictions upon booking.
